Lace and Cowboy Boots.
This was the most adorable, Pinterest-friendly farm wedding! Located in rural Baldwin, Wisconsin, on their own farmstead, this couple were getting ready for a day that every couple in love long awaits...their wedding day! In a house perfectly situated atop a hill, with a view of the sprawling fields below, Ashley got ready for her special moment. We walked downstairs, and the smell of their leather cowgirl boots, and the rustle of Ashley in her beautiful white, lace gown made for the perfect getting-ready scene. The combination of these two polar opposite items of clothing, fit PERFECTLY together for this stunning country bride! We stole a moment between the rain to go outside to capture some fun shots with Ashley and her bridesmaids! Their pink gowns, and Ashley's own crisp, white dress stood in contrast with the grey clouds, lighting up the morning, everyone was ready to have an awesome day!
We journeyed to Ashley and Justen's own home for their first moment. There were so many great spots on their farm for their first look. Ashley, who knew the farm so well, help us find the perfect spot, a part of the barn where the rustic barn boards, and hay bales provided not only shelter from the storm, but a great space to capture their love for each other as Justen saw his lovely bride for the first time. After this priceless moment Ashley and Justen relaxed on the farm with their bridal party, just taking in the emotions, and atmosphere of the day. This group was such a blast, and we knew we were going to have a lot of fun! We travelled with this merry group to the church down the road, where Ashley and Justen would be married. The family started pouring in, and the ceremony began! After the kiss that bound their marriage together Ashely and Justen were hitched! The audience was filled with happy faces, but no one could have been more happy than Ashley and Justen.
Their lovely ceremony then led us farther down the road where Ashley and Justen ventured with their bridal party to a local bar and grill to have a couple drinks and let loose before hitting the reception! Their reception was also on their farm in one of their pole barns, entering the reception we knew Ashley had had a lot of fun coming up with all of the adorable ideas that surrounded us! The room was filled with so many Pinterest worthy ideas! Mason jar cups, barn board signs, and an adorable cow bell that said "Ring for a Kiss"! String light chandeliers lit up the room as our favorite DJ Tony of Showtime Entertainment, ushered in our awesome bridal party, who entered the room with jean jackets and Busch Lights in their hands! The coming rain brought everyone inside, but that was just fine, because this party was hopping! Everyone was on the dance floor, and having a great time. The atmosphere of this day was amazing, and we were so happy to share it with Ashley and Justen! ~Natalee
