Ah, crisp autumn days are so incredibly beautiful! This wedding day was absolutely stunning!
You could tell it was going to be a good day when we arrived at the hotel where Scott was hanging out with his groomsmen. They were joking and laughing, ready to have some fun! They were all soon ready, and we headed to where Scott and Emily were going to be married: Settlement Hill Farm! It’s a lovely location in the country of Hudson, Wisconsin where a farm-style white house and red barn make a perfect location for a rustic wedding. The trees around the area were a fiery red, as we were in the midst of the autumn season. As Beau and I entered the room where Emily was hiding away, all we could hear was the laughter of Emily and her bridesmaids. Emily revealed her wedding dress, a stunning strapless gown with a full body skirt! All ruffles! She was soon donning her white gown, and stepped outside to have her first moment with Scott. As the wedding party and parents looked on, Scott walked up to Emily, who was overjoyed! They kissed, laughed, hugged, ready for this amazing day!
The school bus pulled in and everyone hopped on, we rumbled off to downtown Hudson to enjoy Pier 500! While everyone enjoyed a drink, Beau took the lovely couple off to journey through the alleyways of downtown Hudson. Little nooks and crannies made for perfect backdrops this sunny day! It was soon time to head back to the Farm, where we captured family images and fun wedding party shots! We knew when the acapella group pulled up,the ceremony was going to begin soon! We entered the barn, the rafters were draped in colorful flags and twinkling lights. Soon Emily and Scott were married, husband and wife! The party began soon after, everyone enjoying a delicious dinner to go with the heartfelt and hilarious speeches. As dinner winded down, the dance began, Emily and Scott sharing their first dance as husband and wife! This was such a beautiful evening, and we were so happy to have been a part of it! ~ Natalee
