On this beautiful Saturday in August we travelled to the River Falls Campus to meet our beautiful couple of the day! Sara and Steve were getting ready in separate rooms on campus, and everyone was excited for the day's adventures to begin! We met with the ladies first, who were clad in navy blue and yellow. Our bride donned her stunning white, strapless gown, with metal flowers entwined in her blonde hair, she looked beautiful! Slipping on her Batman garters, she was armed and ready to go! We walked to the other side of the building, where Steve was surrounded by his groomsmen, laughing and making rowdy jokes, just like men should. Soon Sara and Steve were both dressed and ready for their big day!
They spent their special first moment before the ceremony on the stairs that led to the great lobby, sunlight streamed in as Sara stood there, nervously waiting for Steve to approach. He tapped her on the shoulder, and couldn't contain his joy at seeing his lovely soon-to-be wife! They hugged, and he swooped her down for a kiss. The wedding party ventured to the nearby location where the ceremony was to be held. It was a grassy area, shaded by tall oaks, and surrounded by stone steps. They all enjoyed the warm summer weather, while capturing some family photos and some fun images of the wedding party! Right before the ceremony, all the groomsmen circled, fist-bumping, and all the girls did the same, ready to go! The harpist began playing, the soft strumming tinkling through the air, as the wedding party descended down the stairs towards the trellis wrapped with white chiffon, and sunflowers. Sara and Steve exchanged rings, kissed, and were pronounced husband and wife!
From there we went to downtown River Falls: first stopping at a park where a tall stone bridge crossed the river, and then blocking the streets of River Falls! The wedding party was hilarious, and so much fun to capture unforgettable images of! Soon we arrived back at the Campus, where the guests were waiting for the couple of the day! A delicious dinner was served, and everyone sat contented as they watched Sara and Steve spin across the room, enjoying their first dance as a married couple. As we captured the last few images of the night, we couldn't help but love this amazing couple! It was such a wonderful day, and we know every day you spend together will be wonderful as well! ~ Natalee
