This amazing day started on a drive to the Lowertown Event Center in St Paul, Minnesota. The weather was beautiful: clear blue skies with only wisps of clouds, vibrantly green leaves, and an awesome bride and groom! We arrived to find family and friends carrying things into the reception room, which was beautifully decorated. The theme was travel, there were amazing details with globes, and countries being the seating chart! We entered the room where the groomsmen hid, to find them playing cards, in true northern style! The girls were dressed in flowery bathrobes, and were enjoying the amazing day that was Hayley and Andrew's wedding! Andrew donned his tux, and Hayley slipped into her beautiful white dress. Quietly, they opened letters written for each other, together but not together quite yet. Soon was their first moment, with a beautiful backdrop of cream colored brick and the sunlight streaming through the windows, these two lovebirds saw each other for the first time on their wedding day!
A distance away was a beautiful park, and this is where we captured images of their giant families! It's so much fun to capture a wedding of those who are dear to you as well! The fun wedding party enjoyed the beautiful weather as we captured some hilarious, fun shots of this group! After this, the wedding party stopped at Barrio Tequila Bar for some delicious food and drinks! Everyone was relaxed and enjoying the wonderful moments of this day. We took to the streets and alleyways of downtown St Paul, enjoying all the fun spots to capture great images! Soon, though, the moment arrived for the wedding ceremony! We travelled to the Oakdale Kingdom Hall where the lovely bride and groom spoke their vows to each other, and were married with a kiss! They all hopped in a limo, and we then ventured down to the edge of the St Croix River, where the green grass and blue sky were perfectly outlined by the beautiful buildings of downtown Twin Cities! The fountains were running, and the falling water sparkled with the reflections of the sun! Our beautiful bride and groom looked exquisite in this scene, they were completely in love!
After this moment, enjoying the wonderful summer afternoon, we then went back to the reception where their party was waiting for them! As the wedding party came into the room, all you could see were bright smiles and hear the clapping of ecstatic hands! All of the people in this room were overjoyed at the union of this happy couple, and they were ready to party! Dinner was served, and the speeches were given. The dad's gave a hilarious speech, and everyone was crying laughing by the end of it! We know that Hayley and Andrew will always remember these lovely speeches by the people they love the most! The dancing soon began, as these two beautiful people spun across the dance floor, enjoying their first dance as husband and wife! This was such a wonderful evening, with people that we all love!
