Liz and Matt were married June 2nd 2018. While editing this blog I had totally forgotten that it was raining most of the day. Beau did such a great job at making the most out of the breaks of rain that it looks like the perfect summer day in the Northwoods. The venue was the Heartwood in Trego Wisconsin… we love weddings that are close to our home in Hayward Wisconsin. It is so much fun for Beau to photograph weddings in the Northwoods. We love the pine trees and forests and lakes. Heartwood is a beautiful lodge located on a beautiful lake surrounded by trees. The bride and groom shared their first look on the dock just before the rain started up. The ceremony was indoors and after they said “I Do” they went to the Longbranch Saloon in Minong. The reception was set up in the main ballroom and the guests were ready to enjoy the celebration. We were so happy that the clouds parted for some beautiful outdoor photos on the property. What a super fun wedding and we are so happy for Liz and Matt! ~Bethany
