Beau Petersen photographs a wedding in Minnesota with the reception at Burnsville Performing Arts Center.  Lauren and Ajay picked a fabulous venue at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center with the delicious catering from the Mediterranean Cruise Cafe.  Beau loves Greek cuisine and the dinner was amazing!  This was a super fun Minnesota Winter wedding in December, but it wasn't too chilly to go outside for a bit.  Beau loves photographing weddings in the Winter!  Congratulations Lauren & Ajay!  ~Bethany
