Ashley and Jason did a fabulous job pulling their wedding plans together!! They were planning a wedding on St. Thomas USVI but hurricane Irma changed that plan. They had to think of a new idea and they chose the oldest city in the USA, St. Augustine, Florida as their new destination wedding location. Ashley rented the Atlantic Suite at Beachcomber Cottages on Vilano Beach to get ready. The bride was stunning in her dress. This beautiful couple are both body builders. We could see Jason was very happy to see his bride for the first look on the cottage porch. After the first look, we enjoyed downtown historic St. Augustine with the wedding party. We went for a drink at the Prohibition Kitchen, then we used the beautiful architecture of old town for the backdrop of some fabulous images.

The ceremony was on the sandy beach just before sunset. It was a perfect location for the wedding vows. Beau and I scrambled after the ceremony to photograph and video the beach scenes before the light was gone. We awaited the moon rise over the ocean, then we were off to Blackly the Restaurant (St. Augustine) for the reception. They had a gourmet Donnie’s Donuts for desert and the food at the Blackly was delicious, Ashley and Jason really spoiled their guests with great food and dessert and dancing compliments of More Sound Entertainment. The groom wrote the song that was played for their first dance and it is also featured at the end of this video highlight. What a special surprise song for his wife!! The whole event was perfect and we couldn’t be happier to work with this beautiful couple! ~Bethany
