Julie and Dave were engaged on the River promenade downtown Stillwater.  They were walking between the Dock Cafe and the Water Street Inn when Dave proposed to Julie.  This was the location of their engagement session with Beau Petersen.  This was a fabulous mini engagement session with a couple with the best personality filled with laughter and great expressions! ~Bethany
