Micki and Brian are no ordinary couple. We found this on their wedding day in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Beau and I photographed this fabulous Wisconsin Wedding together. We were so honored to be a part of this experience together with Micki & Brian and their fabulous friends and family. The reception venue was the Wisconsin Club downtown Milwaukee. We rarely have the chance to photograph is such a wonderful venue. The staff at the Wisconsin Club were amazing, wonderful service and friendly faces made for a great experience. This bride has impeccable taste, every planned detail was stunning, from her hair and make-up to her simple elegant dress and accessories, every detail was stylized to perfection. Micki and Brian also had the coolest bridal party possible... the four lovely ladies on the brides side to the handsome gents on the grooms side. Beau and I love Larry, every wedding needs a Larry... a 60 year old bearded Harley Davidson Biker with tons of stories to tell... we hope to see Larry again at the Hayward WI 2013 American Birkebeiner. The four Bridesmaids were hilarious! They decided to take me hostage during the church photos to run in stilettos five blocks down Brady Street to Jo Cats, a rough Milwaukee bar to take some sneaky photos to surprise Micki & Brian. This is their first look at the whole story behind these crazy bridesmaids and their rebelliousness. I never laughed so hard is a long time! Joe Cats was closed but two guys opened the door for us so we could take a picture in their tiny bathroom and on the bar. I love how they gave them free shots of Jameson Whiskey and then an entire bottle of Jameson for free! Jo Cats is so cool! I will definitely visit there again the next time we are in Milwaukee. These bridesmaids ran up hill all the way back to the church laughing hysterically and kept this secret all this time. I love your girls Micki! We had fun with the bridal party drinking PBR at The Water Buffalo in the Third Ward District of Milwaukee. Then after the ceremony we stopped at the beautiful Milwaukee Art Museum.... so stunning! The night was a blast at the reception at the Wisconsin Club. The meal was divine and the couple chose an ice cream bar rather than a cake for the dessert... yummy! The father daughter dance was so sweet! Then the dj's pumped up the energy and the guests were having so much fun on the dance floor all night! We were happy to stay late because we were staying at the Hilton just a few blocks away. It ended as a wonderful date night for Beau and I as I said hello to my thirties this night with a fabulous wedding day experience filled with amazing people! ~Bethany
